The still young King Henry V of England, intending to tax the English church, is sent off to war by the Bishops to enforce the claim to France. The King, thus sure of divine blessing for his cause, wages war on the French all too proud in overpowering strength. After the Battle of Agincourt, King Charles VI of France has to yield his daughter, Princess Katherine de Valois, as a peace offering. Trained at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London, he became its president in 2015.
