The UFOs don’t attack. They don't initiate communication. They just remain floating above every city in the world. The film starts in the year 2022, 29 years after the UFOs arrive. By now, the UFOs have become a part of ordinary life. There is a rumor going around called Alien Mind Control Syndrome which posits that some people who look like ordinary humans are actually aliens. At night, these people dream memories from their home planet.
