Her voice soon catches the attention of the admired and enigmatic choirmaster. Being singled out feels like a triumph, until she begins to understand the unsettling price of that privilege. Inspired by the Bambini di Praga case, the film explores the fragile line where innocence collides with abusive power. 翁德雷．波瓦茲尼克 Ondřej PROVAZNIK 1978 年生於捷克布拉格，畢業於查理大學新聞系，後於布拉格表演藝術學院（FAMU）學習電影。拍攝紀錄片出身，共同執導作品《Old-Timers》（2019）提名捷克獅獎最佳導演與編劇，2025年《無聲絕唱》為其首次獨立執導劇情長片，再獲捷克獅獎最佳導演提名。 Ondřej PROVAZNIK, born in Prague, studied journalism at Charles University and screenwriting at FAMU. He co-directed the acclaimed documentaries A Town Called Hermitage (2007) and Coal in the Soul (2010), before making Old-Timers (2019), an award-winning feature.
