由跨領域藝術家許芸瑄 Hsu Yun-Hsuan 與張子恩 Chang Tzu-En 共同創作的展演計畫《樹上那個 Which one?》，自 2026 年 9 月 5 日起於台南「節點 Zit-Dim Art Space」展出，展期至 9 月 28 日。展覽以芒果、料理與心意為核心，邀請大眾共同接龍書寫一份「做給某人的芒果食譜」，並在展期間持續開放觀眾走進展場改寫其中的步驟。9 月 25 日的閉幕演出，兩位創作者將依照這份已被集體改寫得「面目全非」的版本，再做一次。 《樹上那個 Which one?》是一檔沒有任何補助、完全由兩位年輕創作者自主完成的展覽與演出。這是一場圍繞芒果、料理與心意展開的創作計畫。在展覽開始以前，我們邀請人們共同書寫、接龍一份做給某人的芒果食譜。這份食譜將在開幕成為一場演出；在展覽期間，觀眾能繼續編輯這份食譜，把步驟換成另一個。直到閉幕那天，我們將按照這份已經「面目全非」的食譜，再做一次。 〈Which one?〉 is an art project revolving around mangoes, cooking, and gestures of care. Before the exhibition begins, we invite people to collectively write a mango recipe for someone, passing it from one person to the next. The recipe will become a performance on the exhibition’s opening night. Throughout the exhibition, visitors will be invited to keep editing it, replacing one step with another. By the closing night, we will follow this now almost-unrecognisable recipe—and make it all over again. . ? . 沿著最先熟透的面積切開， 近乎垂直的，把表層一一劃開幾片， 一⋯二⋯三⋯⋯四⋯五⋯原本保護著不被吃乾抹淨的那層，它們都落在地上，蛤？ 這並不是要給你自己吃的！還得要更碎一些，用腋下再榨乾一點⋯⋯ 被螞蟻搬過來的糖、湯匙一直在繞圈，火只要一點點就好。 ：原來他也是需要吃飯的嗎？ 沿著果核的邊緣縱切成三份， 在兩葉的果肉劃上網狀刀痕，把平攤的果肉傘狀地打開， 餾⋯二⋯扒⋯⋯四⋯舞⋯⋯步驟被交換出去， 只是心意並不總是恰到好處，很久很久以前⋯⋯ 在嘴巴嚐到很甜很黏以前，有人寫下這個，又有人把這個換成那個。那份食譜後來變成一場演出；再後來，又被另一群人改成了另一場——七嘴八舌的食譜，大家只知道，那是一道為某個人而做的——樹上那個。 ?：哪個？ . ? . Cut along the ripest part, almost vertically, scoring the skin into pieces— one… two… three…… four… five… The layer that once kept it from being eaten clean is now scattered on the ground. Huh? This isn’t for you to eat! It needs to be even smaller. Squeeze out just a little more with your armpit… sugar carried over by ants, a spoon going round and round. Just a little heat will do. : So he needs to eat too? Slice along the pit into three parts. Score the two cheeks into a grid, then turn the flat flesh outward like an umbrella. Six… two… eight…… four… five…… One step is exchanged for another. Good intentions don’t always turn out quite right. A long, long time ago… Before our mouths knew anything so sweet and sticky, someone wrote this, and someone else replaced it with that. The recipe later became a performance; and later still, another group of people changed it into another one—a recipe made by many hands and many voices.
