這不是旗幟，而是我們共同的天空。 如果光能共存，人為什麼不能？ 這個問題，我想了很多年。 我發現，我們似乎越來越習慣把世界分成兩邊。對與錯、支持與反對、自己人與外人。社群媒體上的一句話、一則新聞事件，甚至一個符號，都可能迅速將人推向不同陣營。當「站隊」成為日常，我開始思考：我們是否還有能力，看見彼此之間除了對立之外的可能？ 於是，我開始創作《青天白日滿地虹：RHS｜沒有敵人的幾何》。 我一直在想，敵人真的存在嗎？還是，敵人其實是我們觀看世界的方式所產生的結果？ 很多時候，我們不是因為真正理解彼此而選擇對立，而是因為習慣用最簡單的方式理解世界。當世界只剩下非黑即白的選項，人與人之間的關係，也逐漸失去了光譜。 多年來，我持續發展「虹心球系統（Rainbow Heart Sphere System, RHS）」。對我而言，彩虹從來不只是自然現象，而是一種關於共存的隱喻。每一種顏色都保有自己的獨特性，卻仍共同存在於同一片天空之下。它們不需要彼此相同，也不需要彼此消失，才能一起形成完整的光。 因此，我想透過作品提出一個簡單卻深刻的提問： 如果光能共存，人為什麼不能？ 這場展覽並不提供標準答案。我更希望它是一種邀請，邀請每個人重新檢視自己的觀看方式。我相信，許多衝突並非源自差異本身，而是來自於將差異簡化為對立。當我們願意多理解一點、多看見一些，那些曾經被視為敵人的人，也許只是與我們站在不同位置的人。 對我而言，和平不是所有人都變得一樣，而是即使不同，仍願意一起存在。 真正的和平，不是消除差異，而是理解差異；不是要求一致，而是在多元之中找到彼此的位置。 《這不是旗幟，而是我們共同的天空》不只是一場藝術展覽，更是我對這個時代的一個提問：我們是否有可能，創造一個不再需要敵人的世界？ 我不知道答案是什麼。但我相信，改變也許可以從觀看開始。 當我們願意重新看見彼此，那些曾經被視為對立的人，也許只是與我們共享同一片天空的人。而藝術，或許正能成為那片天空，讓所有不同，都有存在的位置。 — 積吶虹光 Gina Hong Guang This Is Not a Flag. It Is the Sky We Share. If light can coexist, why can we not? I have carried this question with me for many years. I have come to realize that we seem increasingly accustomed to dividing the world into two sides: right and wrong, for and against, us and them. A sentence on social media, a news event, or even a symbol can quickly push people into opposing camps. As “taking sides” becomes part of everyday life, I began to wonder: Do we still have the ability to see possibilities beyond opposition? This question led me to begin creating Blue Sky, White Sun, Infinite Rainbow: RHS | The Geometry of No Enemies. I kept asking myself: Do enemies really exist? Or are they, in some ways, created by the way we choose to see the world? Very often, we do not choose opposition because we truly understand one another. We choose it because we have become accustomed to understanding the world in the simplest possible terms. When the world is reduced to black or white, human relationships gradually lose their spectrum. For many years, I have continued to develop the Rainbow Heart Sphere System (RHS). To me, the rainbow has never been merely a natural phenomenon. It is a metaphor for coexistence. Each color retains its own identity, yet all colors exist together beneath the same sky. They do not need to become identical, nor do they need to disappear, in order to form a complete light together. Through my work, I therefore want to ask a simple yet profound question: If light can coexist, why can we not? This exhibition does not offer a standard answer. Instead, I hope it can become an invitation an invitation for each of us to reconsider the way we see. I believe that many conflicts do not arise from difference itself, but from turning difference into opposition. When we are willing to understand a little more and see a little more, those once regarded as enemies may simply be people standing in a different position from our own. To me, peace does not mean that everyone becomes the same. It means that even in our differences, we remain willing to exist together. True peace is not the elimination of difference, but the understanding of it. It is not a demand for sameness, but the discovery of a place for one another within diversity. This Is Not a Flag. It Is the Sky We Share is more than an art exhibition. It is my question to this era: Is it possible to create a world that no longer needs enemies? I do not know the answer. But I believe change may begin with the way we see. When we are willing to see one another again, those once regarded as opponents may simply be people who share the same sky with us.
