｜TOP UP BENEFIT福利進行方式說明｜
PHOTO合照：由官方攝影師統一拍攝，粉絲依序排隊上台進行，完成拍照後可回到座位，直到活動結束。
（SEAKEEN預計分別同時進行，如兩位藝人皆有購買，拍完一位換到下一個藝人的隊伍排隊）
合照活動優先進行，結束後離場 → 開放簽名會入場。
FAN SIGN簽名會：每位粉絲上台時間為每位藝人5秒，完成簽名後粉絲可回到座位，直到活動結束。

｜加購資格｜
凡於 2026年03月23日 23:59前 購買演唱會門票且未辦理退票者，即擁有 TOP UP BENEFIT 加購資格。
每張演唱會門票 限加購一次，每張票 最多可加購四張福利票券（可選擇不同項目）。
｜加購方式｜
每張「FAN MEETING門票」可獲得一組「加購序號」。
每組加購序號 僅可使用一次，一次最多可加購 四張福利票券。
請於購票時直接選擇欲購買之福利項目，數量有限，售完為止。
｜加購序號說明｜
演唱會票券之「娛樂稅號（含英文字母共7碼稅號）」+「購票會員手機號碼後3碼」。
（舉例：娛樂稅號「B000001」 、手機號碼後3碼「123」、加購序號「B000001123」）
※「娛樂稅號（含英文字母共7碼稅號）」可至「我的訂單」娛樂稅號欄位查詢或票券正本確認。
※ 購票時需輸入完整加購序號 (請注意全半形及大小寫) ，序號一經使用購買後便失效。
※ 可以使用與買FAN MEETING時不同的會員帳號進行加購。

A：不行。序號為一次性使用，只要完成付款後即視為已使用；即使後續退票，序號也無法立即恢復。

｜TOP-UP BENEFIT Details｜
Photo Session:
Photos will be taken by the official photographer. Fans will line up and go on stage in order. After the photo is taken, fans may return to their seats and stay until the end of the event.
The photo session will take place first. After it concludes, fans will exit → followed by entry for the fan sign session.
(SeaKeen sessions will be conducted simultaneously. If fans have purchased benefits for both artists, they will proceed to the next artist’s queue after completing the first photo.)
Fan Sign Session:
Each fan will have 5 seconds per member on stage. After the signing, fans may return to their seats and stay until the end of the event.

｜Eligibility｜
Anyone who has purchased a fan meeting ticket before March 23, 2026, 23:59 (and has not requested a refund) is eligible to purchase TOP-UP BENEFITS.
Each ticket allows one purchase opportunity, with up to four benefit tickets per ticket (different benefit types can be selected).
｜Purchase Method｜
Each “FAN MEETING ticket” will be assigned a TOP-UP purchase code.
Each code can be used once only, and allows the purchase of up to four benefit tickets in a single transaction.
Please select your desired benefit items during purchase. Quantities are limited and available while supplies last.
｜TOP-UP Purchase Code｜
The purchase code is formed by:
“Entertainment Tax Number (7-digit code including letters)” + “last 3 digits of the ticket purchaser’s phone number.”
(Example: Tax Number “B000001” + Phone “123” → Code: “B000001123”)
The Entertainment Tax Number can be found in “My Orders” or on the physical ticket.
The full code must be entered during purchase (please pay attention to uppercase/lowercase and character format).
Once used, the code will become invalid.
A different account from the one used to purchase the FAN MEETING ticket may be used for TOP-UP purchase.
｜FAQ｜
Q: Can I still use the code after requesting a refund?
A: No. Each code is for one-time use only. Once payment is completed, the code is considered used and cannot be restored, even if the ticket is later refunded.
Q: Can I use the code to purchase one ticket first and then buy another later?
A: No. Each code can only be used in a single transaction.
Q: Can I freely combine different benefit items?
A: Yes, but all items must be purchased within the same order.
