▎炭火上的即興｜Tocar a la parrilla
在阿根廷的探戈傳統中，有一種極具生命力的演奏形式稱為"Tocar a la
parrilla" —— 意即「在烤架上演奏」。
樂手們收起琴譜，將譜架想像成空無一物的烤架。在沒有預設框架的炭火上，憑藉靈魂的直覺與默契，即興炙烤出最原始、最火熱的律動。
▎浸潤後的滲透與交融｜Tango Infusión
這不是老派懷舊的探戈音樂，而是一次深度的"Infusión"。
不只是 Fusion 這麼簡單，Infusión 更是一場時間與介質的對話。探戈在此刻如同溫熱的基底，讓爵士、坎東貝（Candombe）、查卡雷拉（Chacarera）與非洲—加勒比節奏（Afro-Caribbean rhythms）等音樂在其中舒展開來，釋放本質、緩慢滲透。
在這裡，不同的音樂風格彼此溶解。
探戈傳統不再是被瞻仰的古董，而是一個有機的聲響世界。兩者彼此交織轉化，如同一杯色澤均勻、入口溫潤的瑪黛茶——每一口都能嚐到探戈的底蘊，卻又無法精確剝離出某一種元素。

Aires and the restless energy of Taipei, a new musical current begins to flow.
▎The Spirit of "Tocar a la parrilla"
In the heart of Argentine tradition, there is a vibrant form of performance
known as "Tocar a la parrilla" — literally, "playing on
the grill."
The musicians set aside their scores, imagining the music stands as empty
grills. Without a pre-set frame, they rely on intuition and soul to
"grill" the music, creating a raw, fiery, and spontaneous rhythm.
▎More than Fusion: An Infusión
This is not a nostalgic tango revival, but a deep "Infusión", which
represents an organic dialogue. Tango serves as the warm medium, allowing
elements of Jazz, Candombe, Chacarera, and Afro-Caribbean rhythms to steep,
release their essence, and permeate one another.
In this organic sound world,
styles dissolve and reassemble in unexpected ways. Like a perfectly steeped Yerba
Mate, the music offers a unified yet complex flavour — where the depth of
tango tradition is always present, yet beautifully inseparable from its
contemporary evolution.
This performance invites you to witness a
truth: Tango is not preserved, but transformed.
