Blending immersive theater, choreography, and interactive environments, it invites the audience into a dreamlike world where narrative unfolds through space, movement, and transformation rather than dialogue. In Andersen's tale, a learned man unknowingly grants his shadow autonomy; over time it escapes, explores the world, grows stronger, and eventually replaces him. She led Madrid’s Teatros del Canal (2019-23) and presided over La Villette in Paris (2024-25). Born in Granada, Spain, she trained for 5 years with Martha Graham. Her Paris-based company features immersive works like Le Bal de Paris (VR) and The Shadow (mixed reality).
