本論壇以 MUTEK 為核心案例，邀集來自加拿大、日本、香港及台灣的文化工作者、策展人與創作者，共同探討藝術節如何從在地社群出發，逐步發展成具國際影響力的文化平台。論壇將聚焦城市文化品牌、創作生態系建構、人才培育與國際合作等議題，透過不同城市的實踐經驗，思考文化科技如何成為連結創意、產業與國際網絡的重要力量，並探索台灣未來發展的可能路徑。 This forum takes MUTEK as a central case study and brings together cultural practitioners, curators, and creators from Canada, Japan, Hong Kong, and Taiwan to explore how festivals can grow from local communities into cultural platforms with global influence. The discussions will focus on topics such as city branding through culture, the development of creative ecosystems, talent cultivation, and international collaboration.
