Yunmei has left her hometown of Taiwan to pursue a career as an actress in Japan. She's been cast in the lead role of a film but struggles with her Japanese lines. Around the same time, her older sister, Huiling, who works for a major corporation in Taiwan, is transferred to Japan, and Yunmei helps her find a place to live. However, the two often clash. Real-life sisters and actors vividly portray these distant siblings, gently capturing the uncertainty of communication and the quiet moments when hearts unexpectedly connect. 蘇鈺淳 SU Yu-chun 1994年生於臺灣高雄，畢業於臺灣藝術大學電影學系、東京藝術大學映像研究所。2021年短片《不是豬的問題》獲PIA影展評審團特別獎。2023年執導首部劇情長片《不會跑步的人的跑步方式》入選大阪亞洲電影節，提名新藤兼人賞名單。 SU Yu-chun, born in Taiwan in 1994, studied at National Taiwan University of Arts and Tokyo University of the Arts. Her short Pig and the Two-Person Laundromat won the Jury Special Award at PFF Award 2021.
