歷經童年的黎巴嫩戰火，其後移居加拿大並定居法國的劇作家暨導演穆阿瓦（Wajdi Mouawad），常以遷徙經驗與戰爭記憶為創作核心，引領觀眾不斷思考疆界與族群的議題。從群像式敘事的《海之邊》，到一人獨演並直面內心深處的《孤身》，穆阿瓦的劇場旅程既回望歷史和戰爭廢墟，也近距離迫視移民與流亡的身份困境。本講座以上述兩部作品為軸線，探討穆阿瓦如何將父親的遺體、破碎的故土與失落的語言轉化為舞臺行動，透過史詩敘事到孤獨的自白等形式展現劇場多樣性。當戰爭不只是背景音而是現實的呼喊，當遺體不只是死亡而成為身體與記憶的一部分，劇場是否能成為修補與重建的場所？在記憶的廢墟之上，我們又可以如何重新理解「家」與「自我」的時代意義？ 講者 羅仕龍 法國巴黎新索邦大學戲劇博士，現任教於清華大學，著有《十六歲的戲劇課》。2021年起與國光劇團藝術總監王安祈教授共同主持IC之音電台「打開戲箱說故事」節目。近年參與規劃台積電文教基金會贊助「白先勇清華文學講座」、「京劇新美學」課程，並於北藝學院、青田藝集講授戲劇課程，同時也在《中學生報》撰寫青少年戲劇專欄。 ▌前往更多演出資訊 ➥ 2026.10.02-10.03 臺北藝術節：瓦吉．穆阿瓦《海之邊》 ➥ 2026.10.03-10.04 臺北藝術節：瓦吉．穆阿瓦《孤身》 Having survived the war in Lebanon during his childhood, and later emigrating to Canada before settling in France, playwright and director Wajdi Mouawad has consistently drawn on his experience of migration and memories of war as the driving force of his work. Through his theatre, he invites audiences to reflect on questions of borders, identity, and belonging. From the multi-voiced, ensemble narrative of Littoral to the intimate solo performance of Seuls, in which he confronts his innermost self, Mouawad’s theatrical journey looks back at the ruins of history and war while closely examining the fragile condition of migrants and exiles. This lecture will focus on these two works to explore how Mouawad transforms a father’s body, a shattered homeland, and a lost language into powerful stage action. Moving from epic storytelling to solitary confession, he reveals the many expressive possibilities of theatre. When war is no longer distant background noise but an urgent, living reality; when a body is no longer only a sign of death but becomes part of memory and identity—can theatre become a place of repair and renewal? Standing amid the ruins of memory, how might we rethink the meaning of “home” and “self” in our own time? Panelist｜Shih-Lung Lo Shih-Lung Lo holds a Ph.D. in Theatre Studies from Sorbonne-Nouvelle University, Paris, France. He currently teaches at National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan and is the author of Drama Class at Sixteen. Since 2021, he has co-hosted the IC Radio programme Open the Theatre together with Professor Wang An-chi, Artistic Director of the GuoGuang Opera Company. In recent years, he has been actively involved in curating and designing major cultural initiatives sponsored by the TSMC Education and Culture Foundation, including the “Kenneth Hsien-Yung Pai Tsing Hua Literature Lectures” and the course series “The New Aesthetics of Peking Opera.” He has also given lectures on theatre to public, while contributing a regular theatre column for young readers to the local press.
