孤島拾光 Geographies of Solitude 賈桂林・米爾斯 Jacquelyn MILLS｜加拿大 Canada｜2022｜DCP｜Colour｜104 min 孤懸北大西洋的塞布爾島是野馬與海豹的天堂，特殊生態地貌令自然環保主義者柔伊深深著迷，一頭栽入研究保育。40餘年日復一日穿梭海岸沙丘，細察草木鳥獸生息，撿拾海漂垃圾，逐一洗淨登記。導演以16mm膠卷捕捉其勞動的身軀，兩人亦相互啟發共作，以星辰曝光、海草顯影，轉譯昆蟲訊號為樂音，為影像增添溫煦細膩的聲景。 Geographies of Solitude immerses viewers in the rich ecosystem of Sable Island, a remote Atlantic outpost, guided by naturalist Zoe Lucas, who has lived there for over forty years.
